The International Program of Academic Exchange (IPAE)

In the Winter of 1995 the University of Utah College of Architecture+Planning and the Universidad Nacional del Litoral Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo established a formal Exchange Progran between their institutions to permit the exchange of ideas, resources, knowledge, people, culture, etc. Professor Julio Bermudez is the coordinator of the IPAE at the Graduate School of Architecture. Professor Julio Arroyo is the coordinator of the IPAE at the Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo in Santa Fe, Argentina.

In June-July 1995 the University of Utah and the Universidad Nacional del Litoral signed an agreement regulating academic exchanges. The program has been renewed twice for 5 years each time (in 2000 and again in 2005).
